- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item or a wrong order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

- Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
